Since working with Travamigos in 2017, we have provided the creative & technical vision to ensure this company is seen as a viable competitor within the Group Travel sector.

We have explored and tested a number of aesthetic avenues to ensure the products are functional, easy to use and good to look at, whilst also providing a sense of ease and an element of trust for their users.

Working alongside companies such as ABTA, Towergate and the South-East Asian Tourist boards, we have ensured that best practices have been adhered to in terms of legality and set the standard as to what Group Travel should have always been.

Since launching v3.0 in April 2022, this client saw an increase of 486% New Users and 311% increase of Trip Bookings over the previous year during the 1st month alone.

Powering everything is a custom backend and API built on top the open-source Laravel framework.
‍
Payments are handled by the Stripe payment gateway which allows for fast checkout using native payment solutions on device such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
‍
We built a backend for Travamigos to be able to modify content, add new trips or activities, and keep track of new users and orders with automated reconciliation of payments from Stripe against orders.

Cocoon has continued to support Travamigos with all ongoing design and development work. Additional responsibilities such as marketing and social media management are now also handled by us.
